Senior Site Reliability Engineer

📋 Description

• Technical leadership for a growing team applying software engineering to operations at scale.
• Monitor and report on service level objectives; establish KPIs with product owners.
• Participate in training events, game days, and engineering spikes.
• Design operational solutions to increase automation, repeatability, and consistency.
• Create/maintain monitoring to improve visibility of performance and metrics.
• Sponsor healthy software development practices.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or related field.
• DevOps or SysAdmin experience; cloud-based solution experience.
• Production experience with mission-critical applications.
• Experience with one or more: C, C++, Java, Python, Go, Perl, or Ruby.
• Experience with configuration management/deployment tools (Chef, Terraform, Puppet, Ansible).
• Experience on Windows and Linux; knowledge of SDLC and QA/beta environments.
