Senior Site Reliability Engineer

📋 Description

• Establish and evolve SRE best practices across the org.
• Define observability strategy with SLIs/SLOs, dashboards, and alerts.
• Design software-driven infrastructure solutions, automating manual processes and eliminating toil.
• Act as a technical leader and force multiplier across cloud infra and platform architecture.
• Take ownership of large, ambiguous initiatives from concept to delivery with stakeholders across engineering, security, and product.
• Combine software, infrastructure, and security knowledge to improve resilience, scalability, and compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master\'s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years of SRE/infrastructure/platform engineering experience with impact at scale.
• Expert-level troubleshooting across the entire stack with strong Linux OS fundamentals.
• Cloud platforms (AWS preferred; GCP/Azure acceptable) and Kubernetes (EKS, Helm).
• Observability systems design: metrics, logging, tracing, dashboards, and alerting.
• Infrastructure as Code with Terraform, Pulumi, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
