Own reliability and observability across the org (SLA/SLOs, on-call health)
Design and maintain Kubernetes infra (Helm, EKS/ECS) and AWS services (RDS/Aurora Postgres)
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Argo)
Drive IaC adoption (Terraform, Crossplane) across teams
Partner with 16+ teams to roll out standards, tools, and processes
Lead on-call rotation and incident response across teams

🎯 Requirements

8-10 years as a Senior SRE/DevOps/Infra Eng
Background at fast-growing SaaS (Series A/B through C/D); own ambiguity
Kubernetes (EKS/ECS), GitHub Actions, Terraform, CI/CD, Helm/Argo
Postgres and DocumentDB (Mongo) on RDS/Aurora
Cross-functional collaboration across teams
Using AI in your workflow (coding, debugging, design)
