Senior Site Reliability Engineer

📋 Description

• Design on-call rotations, incident roles, postmortems, and safe change management.
• Help shape platform roadmap: propose solutions and own adoption.
• Build and operate the core reliability toolkit: observability, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and incident response.
• Embed with product engineers to raise operational literacy.
• Define our first SLOs in partnership with product and engineering stakeholders.
• Investigate incidents end-to-end; decide if changes require process or code.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in SRE, platform, DevOps, or backend roles with production ownership.
• Comfortable in Python, Go, TypeScript, or similar; able to touch application code.
• A track record of solving problems, not just closing tickets.
• Evidence you treat process as an engineering tool: improved reviews, on-call, postmortems.
• Strong collaboration instincts: write clearly, bring stakeholders along.
• Self-directed and comfortable operating without a playbook.
