Senior Site Reliability Engineer (Banking)

📋 Description

• Deliver reliable, scalable Kubernetes platform services.
• Develop automation to simplify ops and boost reliability.
• Coordinate production support, incident response and RCA.
• Build and enhance monitoring with Grafana and Prometheus.
• Improve CI/CD pipelines and platform automation.
• Apply AI-enabled workflows with governance and responsible AI.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years experience in banking or highly regulated environments.
• Strong programming skills: Python, Java or Go for automation.
• Hands-on Kubernetes in production.
• Grafana and Prometheus experience for monitoring/observability.
• CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and Terraform experience.
• Experience with AWS or GCP.
• 24x7 production support experience.
