📋 Description

• Assess current and future capacity needs to ensure seamless scaling of resources.
• Develop capacity models predicting resource needs aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with control plane and platform teams to tackle cloud scaling challenges.
• Operate autoscaling framework to support Elastic Cloud Hosted and Serverless workloads.
• Analyze capacity metrics and trends to guide resource allocation decisions.
• Provide visibility through reporting to optimize compute resources.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in cloud infrastructure and capacity management.
• Knowledge of performance monitoring and optimization techniques.
• Experience with cloud scaling challenges and solutions.
• Proficiency with incident investigation and troubleshooting processes.
• Experience with compute auto-scaling across major CSPs.
• Solid software and platform engineering background for scalable systems.
