📋 Description

• Manage compute, storage, and network resource pools to meet SLA commitments for multi-tenant
• Perform capacity planning, performance analysis, and lifecycle management including patching
• Automate provisioning, configuration, and impact mitigation using myriad of industry standard tools.
• Respond to service impacts during business hours and as part of a shared on-call rotation.
• Lead incident management and drive impact prevention actions.
• Create and maintain clear documentation, standards, and runbooks for your focus area

🎯 Requirements

• College diploma or university degree in computer science, engineering, or related field, and/or
• 5 years or more experience with operating compute, networking, and storage infrastructure at scale
• 5 years or more hands-on experience with compute technologies in production.
• Experience supporting OpenStack or similar open cloud platforms, or strong adjacent experience with
• Solid understanding of network technologies including VLANs, VXLAN, OSPF, BGP, NSX or similar SDN
• Hands-on experience with scripting or programming languages for automation, and familiarity with
