Senior Site Supervisor (Architect / Architectural Technologist)

📋 Description

• Daily on-site presence to verify work against plans and specs.
• Architectural supervision of tunnels, stations, and exits.
• Identify non-conformities and follow up to resolution.
• Track deficiencies; pre-acceptance inspections; project acceptance.
• Ensure compliance with STM design standards and NCC.
• Review RFIs and shop drawings; document and report with Unifier.

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in Architecture or DEC in Architectural Technology.
• 20+ years in relevant work; 5+ years in site supervision of major infra.
• Experience in complex industrial/civil env with contractuals incl. non-conformities/claims.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, site supervision, ITP, and deliverables.
• Familiarity with BIM tools, digital coordination platforms, NCC knowledge.
• Bilingual in English and French, written and spoken.
