Senior SMB Client Onboarding Partner

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients throughout the onboarding process.
• Develop and execute tailored onboarding plans aligned with individual client needs and business
• Guide clients through the setup of accounting, payroll, and virtual service platforms.
• Assist clients with state identification registrations and applicable financial and payroll
• Review and optimize historical client information, including bookkeeping records, payroll data, tax
• Identify discrepancies and coordinate appropriate adjustments, amendments, or corrective filings

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 5 years of related professional experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of client onboarding experience.
• Knowledge of or familiarity with bookkeeping, payroll, or accounting processes.
• Ability to anticipate client needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
• Strong listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
