Act as the focal point for any GPP related question or issue and liaise between Unisystem and
Participate in LLD/ILD workshops and provide inputs on system design, interface designs, and system
Act as Configuration expert for the Customer and support System and Business configuration.
Triage GPP testing issues using logs, trace files, and Oracle queries.
Support Bank's SIT/UAT/NFT test phases through query resolution and test scope review.
Triage Production issues and recommend workarounds; support production upgrades.

🎯 Requirements

7+ years of experience
Strong experience in GPP
Proven experience as a Configuration expert for system and business configuration
Mapping and specifications development support experience
Relevant technical background in banking or financial systems
