📋 Description

• Serve as trusted regulatory and operational advisor to SNF/AL providers nationwide.
• Monitor and interpret industry regulations and reimbursement updates.
• Develop and deliver educational content: webinars, trainings, videos.
• Create thought leadership via social media, articles, client communications.
• Conduct regulatory research and timely guidance to consultants and clients.
• Perform offsite/onsite medical record reviews and regulatory assessments.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
• Director of Nursing and MDSC experience; multi-site mgmt.
• Registered Nurse license; AAPACN certification.
• Strong writing, presentation, and communication skills.
• Strategic thinking and analytical abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and webinar platforms.
