Senior Social Campaign Manager / Paid Social Performance Manager

📋 Description

• Independently launch, manage, optimize, and scale paid social advertising campaigns, primarily on
• Manage substantial advertising budgets, making daily decisions to maximize campaign performance and
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, including ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPM, revenue, and other
• Identify performance trends, develop optimization hypotheses, and implement data-driven
• Use Google Analytics, Google Sheets, and internal analytics tools to evaluate campaign results and
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports, presenting results, insights, and actionable

🎯 Requirements

• Senior-level hands-on experience in paid social advertising, with a strong focus on Meta Ads /
• Approximately 5+ years of practical experience with Meta Ads and Google Analytics.
• Proven experience independently launching, managing, optimizing, and scaling paid social campaigns.
• Experience working with substantial advertising budgets and making performance-driven budget
• Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics, campaign economics, and advertising
• Excellent analytical skills and practical proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel, including
