• Lead Adyen's global nonprofit portfolio, including strategic nonprofit partners, grantees, and Goodstack.
• Develop and execute a scalable nonprofit partnership strategy aligned with impact priorities.
• Identify and cultivate high-impact partnerships delivering measurable outcomes.
• Own the Goodstack partnership; define priorities and coordinate with internal teams.
• Develop an emergency response strategy across product, grants and programs.
• Represent Adyen in nonprofit forums to identify opportunities.

• 8+ years in corporate impact, nonprofit partnerships.
• Strategic thinker translating complex challenges into scalable solutions.
• Strong commercial mindset; identify value opportunities for nonprofits, customers and Adyen.
