📋 Description

• Define and execute global social media strategy across X, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
• Translate crypto and fintech concepts into platform-native content for traders, retail users, and Web3.
• Build and maintain Bybit's social voice aligned with Brand 6.0.
• Develop channel-specific strategies balancing global consistency with regional relevance.
• Lead and mentor a global social media team; manage production and influencer agencies.
• Establish workflows, content briefs, and approval processes for quality at scale.

🎯 Requirements

• 4–8 years of social media experience; at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Marketing background focused on campaigns, narratives, and audiences.
• Proven track record growing global brand social accounts at scale (1M+ followers).
• Strong project management; multi-workstreams, agencies, deadlines.
• Experience with Sprinklr or similar enterprise platforms.
• AI-native; crypto/web3/fintech familiarity a plus; English fluency.
