Senior Social Media Manager

📋 Description

• Own social strategy, content pillars, tone, and GTM alignment
• Plan and execute organic content across LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, X, etc., focusing on LinkedIn for B2B
• Produce visual/video content: shoot/edit short-form video, create graphics and assets
• Build and manage influencer program; coordinate with Paid Media on partnerships
• Support executive-generated content; ghostwrite for senior leaders and create human LinkedIn content
• Own social listening and community engagement; engage in conversations

🎯 Requirements

• 4–6 years of social media experience, ideally at a B2B SaaS company
• Clear perspective on great organic social with example work
• Strong LinkedIn instincts for B2B buyers
• Platform fluency across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube
• Data fluency; pull numbers and present insights
• Proactive communication; keep teams informed
