• Read the data: platform analytics + GA4; focus on real impact

• Own KPIs: follower growth, engagement, views-to-follow

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3 years in social media management/content creation
• Portfolio with reels/shorts growth numbers
• Experience using Claude Code or AI tools weekly
• Comfortable on camera or directing talent
• French & English fluency; written English
