• Experience: degree in Marketing, Media, Data Analytics, Business Informatics, or similar; 3+ years
• Social & Performance Expertise: Instagram and TikTok growth strategies, KPIs, attribution
• AI & Technology: hands-on with Meta Ads and TikTok Ads Manager; AI tools (dashboards
• Data Skills: highly analytical; proficient with Excel, Sheets, and social analytics platforms
• Soft Skills: proactive, structured, self-driven; strong communication and stakeholder management
• Mindset & Language: fluent in English; curious about AI in social media; additional languages a
