🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years' experience in news media as a reporter or similar
• Proficiency in Japanese and English
• Multimedia journalism: interviewing, photography, video, writing, editing
• Social content production: static assets in fast-paced environments
• Video production: shoots, creates, and edits short-form video
• Market fluency: deep understanding of Japanese news and social landscape
