📋 Description

• Own the strategy. Set and run Capital.com’s global LinkedIn strategy, calendar and cadence.
• Make LinkedIn-native content. Plan and produce shoots, carousels, short video, documents and polls
• Grow thought leadership. Build our analysts’ and senior leaders’ profiles, ghost-write and edit
• Run newsletters and LinkedIn Live. Launch and manage both around market events and analyst
• Support employer brand. Work with Employer Brand so the company page shows Capital.com as a great
• Partner on LinkedIn Ads. Brief creative and share organic insights with Performance Marketing.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years' experience managing social media for a brand, ideally in fintech, trading or another
• You're socially native: a heavy, curious user of these platforms who understands how each algorithm
• Proven experience growing a brand or executive presence on LinkedIn, including thought leadership
• Hands-on skills creating and editing platform-native content, including short-form video for
• Strong writing in English, with the judgement to adapt tone for LinkedIn, short-form video and
• Comfort with social analytics tools and the ability to turn data into clear content decisions.
