🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of professional software development experience, including ownership of complex backend
• Strong backend programming experience with Python or Go.
• Experience working in Platform Engineering or developing shared services and common platform
• Demonstrated ability to break complex projects into manageable milestones and deliver effectively
• Experience mentoring engineers through code reviews, pairing, and technical or architectural design
• Strong fundamentals in Linux and distributed systems.
