Senior Software Developer – AI Data Engineer

📋 Description

• Design scalable data ingestion pipelines for multi-modal data.
• Build and scale retrieval infra: vector storage, embeddings, hybrid search.
• Develop agent memory systems and pipelines for AI signals.
• Apply data quality, governance, access control, and lineage.
• Monitor and optimize AI data pipelines for reliability and cost.
• Design evaluation workflows for AI systems (offline testing).
• Lead platform evolution with clear contracts between AI services and data.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong software engineering fundamentals; end-to-end features.
• Production experience with distributed systems (async, retries, eventual consistency).
• Hands-on with data pipelines for AI systems (embeddings, retrieval, feedback).
• Experience with AI data infrastructure: vector databases, search, or graph storage.
• Experience with retrieval systems (RAG), embeddings, or hybrid search.
• Experience with agent frameworks, memory systems, or orchestration of tool-using AI systems.
• Experience operating production systems: monitoring, incident response, continuous improvement.
• Cloud experience on AWS building production systems.
