📋 Description

• Design and implement the shared infrastructure that brings AI-assisted development to every team at
• Consolidate one-off and custom LLM tools into a governed, reusable platform.
• Build tooling that reduces friction in the development lifecycle: AI-assisted code review
• Design and implement guardrails, policy controls, verification layers, and governance tooling for
• Drive measurable adoption of the AI platform across a polyglot engineering organization.
• Define standards and practices for AI-assisted engineering, including LLM integrations and cost

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in software development with meaningful experience in platform engineering
• Hands-on experience building with LLMs and AI tooling; understanding of working with models like
• Product mindset for internal platforms; treat developer tooling as a product.
• Technical versatility across a polyglot stack; experience with two or more of Ruby, Python
• Experience building governance, policy, or guardrail systems.
• Data-informed decision-making; comfortable establishing baselines and tracking progress.
