🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience building and operating production systems.
• Strong backend engineering skills with reliable, scalable system design.
• Kotlin, Kafka, GraphQL; deep experience with JVM services.
• Experience building low-latency, highly available services.
• Demonstrated production ownership and calm under pressure.
• Clear, collaborative communication with Product, Design, and Engineering teams.
