Senior Software Developer, Compliance and Multi-Region

📋 Description

• Design and implement shift-left tooling for reliable releases in high‑compliance, multi‑region deployments.
• Own and evolve core components for provisioning, configuration, and lifecycle management across regions.
• Design, develop, and review features across the stack using TypeScript and React Native for multi‑region deployment.
• Build and maintain infrastructure-as-code with Terraform and Atmos for GovCloud and other regional environments.
• Lead technical execution across engineering, security, compliance, and product stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize services across infra and app layers in distributed systems.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong full-stack development experience, including TypeScript, React Native, backend development, and CI/CD.
• Solid experience with AWS and IaC frameworks such as Terraform and Atmos; GovCloud experience a plus.
• Proven ability to drive complex technical initiatives spanning multiple systems or teams.
• Comfortable working in regulated or operationally sensitive environments with a high reliability standard.
• Able to balance deep technical contribution with clear communication and influence; mentoring via code reviews.
• Expert level English, both spoken and written, to coordinate with leaders across teams.
