📋 Description

• Lead complex database refactoring across SQL Server schema
• Diagnose and resolve performance problems via execution plans
• Modernize data-access layer to Kotlin and jOOQ repositories
• Harden data access for security and reliability
• Build tooling for migration and CI/CD pipelines
• Shape technical direction and define SQL standards

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's in CS or equivalent experience
• 7+ years software development, 4+ in database code
• Expert-level T-SQL on SQL Server
• Proven track of refactoring legacy schemas in production
• Proficiency in Kotlin or Java with Spring Boot
• Experience with Liquibase or Flyway migrations
