Senior Software Developer - Elixir

📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain features in Signal, Foundry’s in-house ERP, primarily in Elixir
• Lead and own product features end to end, from requirements and design through delivery, production
• Work across Signal’s core workflows, including production and work order management, inventory and
• Collaborate closely with developers, product, and operations stakeholders across the US and India
• Participate in the design of large, complex solutions and help the team make sound architectural
• Write well-tested, maintainable code, and keep quality high through thorough, constructive code

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Elixir and Phoenix, with hands-on experience building applications in Phoenix
• Solid experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred), data modeling, and Ecto.
• Good testing practices and experience with CI/CD, build tooling, and containerization.
• Fluency with modern AI development tools and coding agents, and the judgment to verify what they
• A strong understanding of and passion for software design, architecture, and usability.
