Senior Software Developer in Test, Quality Platform

📋 Description

• Build and evolve shared quality platform, frameworks, and tooling.
• Design AI-assisted test authoring infra to speed testing.
• Own CI integration standards and improve build reliability.
• Design test harnesses for AI-powered capabilities (health checks, degradation, monitoring).
• Identify and eliminate systemic test debt and flaky tests.
• Build shared testing utilities and frameworks across engineering.

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on with production-grade test automation using Playwright or Selenium.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals; write, debug, and maintain production code.
• Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD and diagnosing flaky tests.
• Experience building/maintaining shared testing infrastructure or engineering platforms.
• Experience using AI development tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor.
• Expert English; able to lead platform teams and present to executives.
