📋 Description

• Design, build, and deliver post-trade automations across multiple external depositories, supporting
• Develop and improve the software responsible for critical post-trade workflows, including clearing

🎯 Requirements

• Senior-level backend software development experience, with strong proficiency in Ruby on Rails.
• Demonstrated experience designing and delivering complex automations, integrations, or data
• Experience building or maintaining high-stakes, high-accuracy systems where correctness
• Strong software engineering fundamentals and the ability to make sound technical design decisions
• Experience mentoring other engineers through code reviews, pair programming, technical guidance, or
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional
