Senior Software Development Engineer

📋 Description

• Fully remote, hands-on engineering role focused on building high-impact search and discovery
• Lead projects end-to-end from problem definition through launch, measurement, and ongoing
• Combine modern frontend development with backend capabilities, experimentation, observability, and
• Improve engineering velocity through automation, reusable patterns, and AI-assisted development

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software development experience with a track record of delivering
• Advanced experience building modern web applications with React, JavaScript, and Node.js
• Practical experience with deployment, CI/CD, observability, and owning production systems
• Experience with experimentation platforms (A/B testing or multivariate testing) and using results
• Ability to lead projects independently from problem definition to ownership
• Experience using AI-assisted engineering tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot) with
