Senior Software Development Engineer

📋 Description

• Architect, design, develop, test, and maintain concurrent distributed backends in Go.
• Build, deploy, and operate the proxy data plane and control-plane services using CI/CD.
• Collaborate with architects, product managers, and DevOps to define roadmaps and deliver software.
• Write clean Go code with secure protocols and crypto primitives (TLS/mTLS, credentials, key mgmt).
• Conduct code and design reviews to ensure performance, security, quality.
• Diagnose and resolve issues across distributed multi-cloud environments.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS/Software Eng or related field.
• 5+ years as software engineer with Go, distributed systems.
• Proficiency in concurrent programming in Go (goroutines, channels, crypto libs).
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, network protocols, APIs (gRPC/Protobuf, REST).
• Experience with AWS or another cloud provider and cloud-native deployment models.
• Demonstrated mentoring ability.
