Senior Software Development Engineer（AI‐First Developer Experience）

📋 Description

• Define and evolve engineering context for AI-first delivery—architecture principles, patterns
• Build and curate knowledge bases and retrieval pipelines (documentation, APIs, runbooks, domain
• Create and maintain developer tools and integrations (e.g. MCP services, GitHub, Jira, CircleCI).
• Design guidance for AI-assisted engineering—versioned Skills, rules, templates, and examples in
• Evaluate emerging AI tools, models, and practices; run practical trials and recommend adoption.
• Be part of the engineering team to improve developer experience: onboarding, feedback loops

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years in software engineering with hands-on experience in enterprise systems (e.g. Java /
• Proficiency in at least one scripting or automation language (e.g. Python or TypeScript) for
• Sound judgment on architecture, technical debt, and production quality; comfort discussing data
• Practical experience with LLMs, AI agents, tool calling, and RAG; daily use of AI-assisted coding
