• 5–10 years of professional experience developing enterprise software applications using Java.
• Strong expertise in designing and optimizing complex systems (performance, scalability, multithreading).
• Proven experience building reliable, high-performance backend systems using modern practices.
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving for diagnosing production issues.
• Experience working in distributed teams with strong written and verbal communication.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in CS or related technical discipline.
