📋 Description

• Architect and develop core infrastructure components for secure, scalable systems.
• Lead delivery of complex initiatives; define strategies and coordinate teams.
• Investigate and resolve critical production issues; root-cause analysis and improvements.
• Collaborate with PM, Engineering, Customer Success to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Influence engineering standards, processes, and best practices.
• Support customer teams by analyzing production environments and resolving high-priority issues.
• Improve security, authentication, monitoring, diagnostics, and resilience.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–10 years of enterprise Java experience.
• Expert in designing/debugging high-performance, scalable, multithreaded systems.
• Proven backend experience using modern software engineering principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; diagnose complex issues.
• Experience in distributed/international teams with strong communication.
• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field.
• Solid Unix/Linux OS and filesystem knowledge.
• Desirable: experience in security, auth, monitoring, or scalability.
• Experience with QA practices or testing methodologies is a plus.
