Senior Software Development Engineer (Full Stack)

📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain full-stack functionality across frontend applications and backend API
• Own features and systems throughout their lifecycle, including technical design, implementation
• Lead architecture discussions and make pragmatic technical decisions that balance delivery speed
• Integrate AI-assisted development tools into daily workflows to accelerate implementation, testing
• Help establish safe practices and review standards for AI-generated code.
• Mentor engineers through code reviews, pair programming, and constructive design feedback.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience, including ownership of production systems.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript, with experience using modern frontend frameworks
• Deep experience building and maintaining server-side applications in Java.
• Regular hands-on experience with AI coding assistants such as Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub
• Experience with Docker and containerized application development.
