Senior Software Development Engineer in Test

📋 Description

• Role: SDET to modernize quality engineering for Accident Management platform.
• Hands-on role: test strategy, automation-ready tests, release readiness.
• Not manual QA or automation-only; build quality engineering around automation.
• Translate product intent into acceptance criteria, test cases, and automation plans.
• Work with front-end, back-end, QA, automation, product, and support.
• Onshore quality engineering lead; participate in grooming and design meetings.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors' degree in Computer Science or related field
• 4+ years professional SDET or quality engineering experience
• Strong hands-on automation across UI and API using Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, pytest
• Design test frameworks, data strategies, CI gates, and regression/smoke suites
• Write executable test cases and acceptance criteria; review automation/framework code
• Jira-linked test mgmt (Zephyr/TestRail/Xray/Allure) and CI/CD (GitHub Actions) experience
