Senior Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET/AI) - Real Estate - Mexico (Remote)

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable E2E, integration, and API testing frameworks from scratch.
• Build automated quality infra to support rapid product development and deployment.
• Develop testing frameworks for AI/LLM-powered apps, including agentic workflows and RAG systems.
• Create automated guardrails, metrics, regression detection, and traceability for non-deterministic AI.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines for reliable delivery.
• Leverage AI coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot) to accelerate test development.

🎯 Requirements

• Senior-level experience as an SDET or Test Automation Engineer.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and Node.js.
• Hands-on experience with Playwright (preferred), Cypress, or Puppeteer.
• Extensive experience testing REST and GraphQL APIs, including authentication and authorization flows.
• Experience integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL and test data management.
