Senior Software Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead design and implement platform services powering AI products
• Own end-to-end architecture, APIs, data models, performance, and security
• Build backend in TypeScript and Python; frontend in JavaScript
• Drive integration of LLM-based and agentic AI into production systems
• Define and enforce engineering standards: reviews, testing, deployment, incidents
• Embed AI-native tooling (Claude Code, Cursor) into daily workflow
• Collaborate with product, design, and data in real time, in the office

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering delivering production-grade systems
• Led a portfolio of work with design decisions and outcomes
• Deep proficiency in TypeScript and Python; JavaScript frontend
• Strong platform engineering: distributed systems, APIs, cloud (AWS/GCP), observability
• Fluent in AI/ML engineering: built on LLMs, understands prompts and AI value
• Experience designing systems under latency, reliability, cost constraints
