Design and develop features, understand customer requirements and meet business goals.
Lead a team of engineers, mentoring them and guiding technical direction.
Manage all aspects of projects: design, coding, reviews, testing, observability, tooling, on-call.
Build highly reliable and fault-tolerant software for large customers.
Ensure operational readiness, reliability, and performance of the service.
Design and build Kubernetes-based OCI compliant container compute features for scale.

🎯 Requirements

7+ years of experience building features for large-scale systems or infrastructure platforms.
Strong fundamentals in computer science and distributed systems.
Hands-on coding in Java, C++ or Go is highly desirable.
Ability to work on-site in our downtown Bellevue office.
