Senior Software Engineer

📋 Description

• Build and maintain customer-facing AI platform services in Python.
• Develop agentic systems: workflows, tool execution, state management.
• Integrate LLM-powered workflows into production with reliability, scalability, and security.
• Design AI evaluation, tracing, observability, and feedback to monitor quality.
• Evaluate AI models/providers for use cases and flexible architectures.
• Write clean, tested, documented code and promote best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years building, deploying, and operating production systems.
• Strong Python proficiency for APIs, backend services, testing, and ops ownership.
• Hands-on AI systems, agentic workflows, LLM apps, or automation frameworks.
• Experience with LangChain, LangSmith, LangGraph, PydanticAI, or similar.
• Knowledge of RAG, vector databases, model evaluation, prompt management, and AI observability.
• Experience with AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes.
