📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end product development from idea to production
• Own full-stack work: requirements, architecture, backend, frontend, QA
• Build personalized user experiences from AI insights to care delivery
• Design internal workflows and tooling to empower ops and users
• Make smart tradeoffs between speed and scalability
• Own outcomes post-launch; monitor, fix issues, close loops

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of full-stack experience shipping scalable apps
• Real AI/ML experience; shipped AI features to production
• Product ownership; focus on how the work helps users
• Radical ownership; proactive about failure modes and monitoring
• Cross-functional collaboration with ops, clinical, and product teams
• Adaptability; update approach as new information lands
