🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience, ideally with 3+ years in a
• Experience building, shipping, and maintaining production software; SaaS experience preferred.
• Strong full-stack capabilities with backend focus; interest in applying AI to improve workflows.
• Experience with large, complex systems; Ruby on Rails desirable or willingness to learn.
• Strong proficiency with JavaScript, TypeScript, and React; Elm or typed FP a plus.
• Hands-on AWS/cloud architecture design, scalable systems.
