📋 Description

• Build customer workflows end to end, moving across data models, APIs, web interfaces, and mobile
• Partner with product while work is being shaped; surface technical risks, test assumptions, and
• Turn shaped work into a technical plan and stage it for integrated increments
• Make pragmatic architecture and implementation decisions within established patterns
• Lead project delivery when needed; keep decisions and progress visible
• Own quality through design, implementation, release, and production

• Shipped customer-facing software that crosses technical layers, with depth in at least two of
• Owned a substantial product workflow or project from technical design through production
• Make technical decisions by comparing alternatives and their consequences
• Guided other engineers through delivery
• Treat quality and operations as part of building the product
• Understand the product behind the code
