Senior Software Engineer

📋 Description

• Design, build, and operate customer-facing AI platform services in Python.
• Collaborate with PHP and Java services to ship AI-powered experiences.
• Develop production AI systems, agentic workflows, evaluation, observability.
• Focus on reliability, latency, cost, and model quality in production.
• Own end-to-end ownership of AI features with monitoring and feedback loops.
• Write clean, well-tested, well-documented code; promote engineering best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years building and operating production software.
• Strong Python production experience (APIs, services, tests).
• Hands-on with agentic systems and LLM-powered workflows.
• Experience with LangChain, LangSmith, LangGraph.
• Vector databases, retrieval patterns, and RAG architectures.
• Polyglot stack: PHP/Java; Docker, Kubernetes, AWS.
