Senior Software Engineer

📋 Description

• Design and own auth systems end-to-end (SSO, OAuth/OIDC, SAML, RBAC/ABAC).
• Make and document decisions shaping identity across products.
• Build across stack: Elixir/Phoenix backend and TS/Next.js frontend.
• Contribute to Next.js surface and API layers.
• Run Elixir/Erlang BEAM in production.
• Maintain code quality, docs, tests, and CI/CD.

🎯 Requirements

• 4–5 years of production software experience (mid-to-senior).
• Experience with OIDC, SAML, OAuth, JWT, RBAC, ABAC, and SSO.
• TypeScript experience (backend/frontend; Next.js/React preferred).
• Strong technical judgment; craft maintainable, well-designed solutions.
• Break ambiguous problems into executable work; prototypes to de-risk.
• Willing to learn Elixir/Phoenix; mentor others and engage in code/design reviews.
