📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain the Studio AI automation product.
• Modernize Studio into Java microservices on GCP.
• Integrate channels: voice, SMS, chatbot with Five9 CC.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to expand features.
• Ensure production stability, security, and performance; on-call rotation.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years designing scalable cloud-based distributed systems.
• Strong Java and Spring Boot with microservices.
• Experience with cloud platforms (GCP/AWS/Azure).
• CI/CD, containerization, and Kubernetes expertise.
• Proficiency with SQL/NoSQL databases and optimization.
• Observability tools (New Relic, Grafana, Prometheus).
