Senior Software Engineer

📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain features across frontend and backend.
• Own projects end-to-end from design through rollout and maintenance.
• Collaborate with product/design/engineering to plan milestones.
• Write clean, well-tested code with simple, reliable design.
• Build user-facing experiences and APIs across boundaries.
• Design observability with metrics, dashboards, alerts, and health checks.
• Improve performance, scalability, and resilience of owned systems.
• Mentor engineers and raise engineering standards.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years building/operating production systems at scale.
• Strong frontend and backend fundamentals for product features.
• Experience building reliable APIs, services, and user-facing apps.
• Decompose complex problems into maintainable solutions.
• Solid DB knowledge and relational data modeling.
• Experience owning projects with ambiguity and making good decisions.
