📋 Description

• Lead developers to design, implement and deliver software solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Backend expertise with Go and/or C#.
• API design and cloud-native architectures (AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD).
• Distributed storage or content delivery experience.
• Led backend teams delivering scalable production APIs and services.
• Built distributed systems and cloud data-access platforms.
• Empathetic, inclusive leader with strong communication.
• Proactive, pragmatic, and committed to technical excellence.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in CS, Engineering, or related field.
