Collaborate with other development team members, Product Owners, and Engineering Managers to
Work within a delivery team using an incremental delivery approach
Guide the team in developing new and existing products
Translate backlog items into solutions
Apply Agile practices and principles
Attend and participate in all Sprint events

🎯 Requirements

Degree in relevant field or equivalent work experience
Mentoring other more junior Engineers
Strong hands on technical skills
Hands-on experience with PHP
Hands-on experience with MS Azure
Hands-on experience with JavaScript / TypeScript (React preferably)
