Senior Software Engineer

📋 Description

• Deliver large projects to add new product capabilities and maintain repos
• Break down complex problems into tasks for steady delivery and root-cause fixes
• Roadmap and execute ambitious technical strategies with trade-offs
• Mentor and perform code reviews and real-time pairing with juniors
• Design and build AI-powered clinical agents with LangGraph.js in NestJS
• Integrate LangSmith for AI observability, prompts, tracing, CI gates

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in CS, Engineering or related field
• 3-4+ years of non-internship software development
• 3+ years Node.js / TypeScript experience
• Experience using AI tools (GitHub Copilot or Cursor)
• 1+ year hands-on with LLMs: prompt engineering and model integration
• Experience with LangGraph/LangChain and LangSmith observability
