🎯 Requirements

2-3+ years of professional Go experience as main language.
8-15 years backend engineering; 3+ years architecting high-load data pipelines.
Backend stack: Java, Rust, or Python.
Data systems: Postgres, ClickHouse.
Cloud-native: Docker, Kubernetes, GitOps, CI/CD.
Strong debugging, benchmarking, and performance optimization.
